SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
The MOD Eyewear Team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CST (excluding weekends and national holidays).
Please allow 7-14 business days to process order before shipment. We will email tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
All US orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Signature is required upon delivery. MOD Eyewear is not liable for lost/stolen shipments when tracking states that the item has been signed and delivered. MOD Eyewear is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to MOD Eyewear for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
If the package is not showing up as having been delivered, we, the shipper, will file a claim with USPS and come to a resolution. When filing a report with USPS, it can take up to 14 business days for the claim to be completed. We are unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is completed with USPS.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct frame and lens option, as no changes can be made once an order has been placed. Order errors will result in cancellation.
Products with prescription or blue light can not be returned; as they are custom made products. No exceptions.
Returns are eligible for exchange and/or store credit within 3 days of receiving item(s). Store credit is available for use up to 14 days once returned to MOD Eyewear. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding by stating the reason for return when contacting info@modeyewear.co . Please allow 48 hours for a response from our customer service team during business hours on Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CST.
