Products with prescription or blue light can not be returned; as they are custom made products. No exceptions.

Returns are eligible for exchange and/or store credit within 3 days of receiving item(s). Store credit is available for use up to 14 days once returned to MOD Eyewear. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding by stating the reason for return when contacting info@modeyewear.co . Standard Index (Polycarbonate) 1.59 Lens: Recommended for prescription with sphere (SPH) lower than +/-  4.

High Index 1.67 Lens: Thinner and Lightweight. Recommended for prescription with sphere (SPH) +/- 4 or greater.

**Please note that we are only accepting Single Vision Prescriptions online. Progressive or Bifocal prescriptions are only accurate if you are measured while physically wearing the frame.
